Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section attempts to cover popular queries regarding ordering from Frubee. If your question is not listed here, please write to us at wecare@frubee.in and we will do our best to resolve your query.
We levy a delivery fee of just ₹50 on orders below ₹500. For orders above ₹500, delivery is completely free.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards along with Netbanking. Our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option is available only in Pune City.
We ensure that we ship orders out either on the same day or within 1 working day of the order date.
Delivery times:
Pune City – Same-day or next-day delivery, depending on when the order is placed. COD orders are usually processed within 1 working day (in Pune City only).
Outside Pune – It can vary although it usually will be 2-7 working days.
We do not store your credit card details as the credit card processing is done by secure sites. We will NEVER ask for credit card details via email, phone, or fax. Payments are done directly by you through a secure site. Your personal information is solely used to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with any third party.
After you complete your order and make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will ship out your order either on the same day or within 1 working day, depending on the delivery location. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email advising you of your order status.
